HOW TO MAKE A VANILLA CUPCAKE


                                                           VANILLA CUPCAKE

Ingredients:
  • One and a half CUPS of flour 
  • One and a half TEASPOONS of baking powder
  • A quarter TEASPOON of salt
  • Two LARGE eggs
  • Two-thirds CUP of sugar
  • One and a half STICKS of melted unsalted butter
  • Two TEASPOONS of pure vanilla extract
  • Half CUP of milk 
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350f and position a rack in the middle of the oven.Line one 12-cup standard muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Whisk the flour,baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl,beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until its light and foamy.While beating,gradually pour in the butter and then the vanilla extract.
  4. While mixing slowly,add half the dry ingredients.Then add all the milk and follow with the rest of the dry ingredients.(Take care not to over mix the batter)
  5. Divide the batter evenly in the prepared tin.
  6. Bake until a tester inserted in the center of one of the cupcakes come out clean,rotating the tin about halfway through about 20 mins.
  7. Cool the cupcakes about 10 mins,and then remove the tin.Cool on the rack completely.
  8. At last,you just need to decorate your cupcakes!
